A life to-do of mine is to become an expert at ‘eating clean’ by the time I’m 31. I consider this a long term goal because it is a complete change of lifestyle. I definitely have the first steps down, but there is a long road ahead.
I recently made another yummy, cold treat – also healthy! Enjoy, they won’t be in your freezer long 🙂
Berry Pops
Ingredients:
1 cup spinach
1 banana
2 cups almond milk
2 cups of frozen, mixed berries
Other materials needed: plastic molds for popsicles
Mix the ingredients in your blender, pour into individual popsicle molds, & set in freezer overnight.
