I may drink a big game of leafy greens, but I still have a sweet tooth. I definitely don’t limit myself – if I want a cookie, I’ll eat a cookie, but recently, I have tried to satisfy my sweet tooth with healthier options.
Essentials:
fruit & more fruit. almond milk.
Most of my healthy dessert recipes call for some kind of fruit; natural sugars aren’t so bad ๐
