It’s day 3 people & I’m feeling good!
Day 3 of my 31 day challenge of trying something new led me to another favorite. {So far this challenge did not disappoint!} My usual afternoon snack consists of something off of the following list: string cheese, a handful of whatever chips in the pantry, string cheese, a cookie, string cheese… you get it. My snack was never the healthiest and I basically ate when I was bored.
SO, this afternoon, instead of reaching for one of my usual snacks, I doctored up a helluva green drink! It was refreshing, light, & filled me up for the rest of the afternoon.
What makes this particular green drink so special is the fact that I created it completely on my own. I usually use inspirations online when I’m making my green drinks, but today I found some ingredients in our fridge and starting blending. {coconut water, kale, pineapple, and pomegranate – see the full recipe under my Greens n’ Such page}.
The results taste as good as they look.
