Since I can remember, breakfast has ALWAYS been my favorite meal of the day. I think my grandma was a big contributor to this favorite. She used to make me the most delicious oatmeal there ever was. I can still tastes the heavy cream, butter, and brown sugar she mixed in with real steel cut oats. Yum, my mouth is watering, just thinking about it.

quinoa, oatmeal, & fruit, fruit, fruit
Tips:
- Keep it light, but filling! A good breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
