The pink berry smoothie is supposed to be pink in color, but mine always turns out a grayish, greenish, brownish, ha. I have yet to see a true pink! However, no matter the color, it always has the same delicious taste! The original recipe did not have spinach, so if you want more of a protein packed, peanut-buttery flavor, you could always leave out the leafy greens. I ALWAYS add spinach or kale to my smoothies – cancer fighting, people! – but it’s totally your taste bud’s call 🙂
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup rolled oats
two spoonfuls of peanut butter
1 banana
2 cups strawberries
Blend the ingredients together and enjoy a full belly all morning!
