This past weekend I traveled to Chicago with my best girlfriend, (this is my fabulous girlfriend who celebrated her engagement at my home this past fall). We were in search for a couple wedding needs- my bridesmaid dress & her a dress for her mother. It was such an amazing weekend; filled with great wine, food, & company.
My something new: taking today, upon my return, to relax & rejuvenate. Tony left today for another business trip & I’m quite enjoying my night with Ace, doing what we do best – watching chick flicks & eating popcorn for dinner.
My blog was not and is not forgotten this weekend, but I also don’t want to hate creating blog topics & forcing myself to sit down and blab about a subject I’m not passionate about.
To wrap up my thoughts … I’ll be back soon with updates, but January is still a fiery little beast who is currently teaching me more about myself than I’ve learned in the past two years.
